Postcard Printing
 
Important Information:
1. A note about turnaround time: Factors such as mechanical breakdowns and shipping company practices are out of our control and we can not be held responsible if they affect a shipment from arriving "on time". For this reason we do not "guarantee" when a package will get there, however you do have our promise to do "everything that is reasonably possible" to get your package to its final destination in a speedy fashion.

We accept most file formats. Here are some of the more popular files and the conditions for submitting: 
â JPEG - must be at least 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format.
â TIFF - must be at least 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format.
â EPS - must send all fonts or convert to outlines.
â QUARK (Mac version only) - send all images, fonts, and a flat image proof.
â PSD - file must be flat with no layers.
If you do not see it listed here please feel free to call us and check if we accept your file format.
3. We are not responsible for proofing your work. By submitting an image file to us you certify that it is "ready for print".
4. If your job is color critical you must request a color proof (Not included in prices) 
5. All jobs must have an 1/8" BORDER from all edges containing no important text or graphics to allow for cutting. 
6. Please submit each side as separate files. Example: Side 1(Front) and Side 2 (Back)
7. The size of the file your submitting, should be the size of the file your printing. Ex: A printed 5.5 X 4.25 should be submitted as 5.5 X 4.25 canvas size not 11 X 8.5.
8. Please include all contact information when e-mailing your work. Example: name, phone, cell phone, pager etc...
9. If you prefer to FTP a job please contact us for instructions.
10. Once you've sent your files in, please call us to verify that we have received your files.
11. Once your project has gone to print refunds are not allowed. If a project is stopped before it goes to print any labor hours (graphic design, etc..) or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc..) will be subtracted from your refund.
